Simply Me was created to honor the individuality and spirit of each child. No elaborate backgrounds, no distractions, no matching outfits to stress over. Just your child — their spirit, their personality, their right now — preserved in timeless black and white. These are not just photographs. These are smiles and stories you'll share forever when they are up on the wall.

Hi, I’m Brea,
Owner of Wonderstruck Studio. I've been photographing families in Wayland and Metrowest since 2016.
When my 4-year-old niece passed away unexpectedly, I was living across the country, away from my family. I had just moved back to Denver, and was already missing the cousin time and the support of having my sister near. Rowan's death woke me up to a reality I didn't fully understand.
There is no guarantee that the people you love will hold your hand tomorrow.
This is why I care so deeply about helping families preserve their tiny stories in a lasting way. It's the ordinary moments and expressions of love that we long to feel again when our lives change and move on.
Before opening Wonderstruck Studio, I spent 20 years coaching and running a competitive gymnastics program in Denver, so encouraging kids and supporting families has always been part of who I am!
I live with my husband, our three boys, and my perfect doggie Win Diesel. We love camping and adventure. When I’m not behind the camera, I am hiking, gardening, or trying to keep up with the kids on our trampoline.
Like you, I have a nostalgic heart and try to appreciate the tiny moments in my life each day.

I’ll give you specific guidance at the consultation but the short version is: keep it comfortable and don’t stress. This is the one session where the outfit barely matters.

Absolutely! With 20+ years of experience working with children, I am pretty darn good at coaxing those natural expressions. The session moves at your child’s pace, allowing space for personality.
